The Firm is looking for an associate lawyer for its Corporate, Commercial and Tax Law department.
You will be in direct contact with a varied clientele of SMEs and ETIs, advising them on company law, commercial law and tax law.
Ideally, the successful applicant will have a degree in Business Law and/or equivalent training. Further training (business school) would be a positive point, as would be a good command of Excel. No work experience required.

The Firm’s fees are set in accordance with the current legal and regulatory provisions in the profession.
They are evaluated according to the time spent and the complexity of the case entrusted to the Firm.
These are jobs for which the scope and content of the entrusted case can be precisely defined in advance.
These are cases where it is difficult to assess the work which will be needed to be spent on the case, particularly in view of the details over which we have no control (duration of negotiations, nature of the exhibits and submissions from the opposing party, etc.).
Clients who regularly require advice and assistance as part of their business can opt for an annual subscription, the terms and conditions of which depend on the specific needs of each of our clients.
A result fee may possibly and specifically be agreed with the client based on a favourable outcome of the dispute.
The costs and out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the firm on behalf of the client are invoiced to the client in euros upon presentation of receipts.
